Pinterest

Have you heard about this? Well if you haven't then you are missing out. I have falling in love with this new little website.

You can take something you find on the Internet, and pin it on your board. I think of it like a large cork board, that's only about me.

I can take things like this, and share it with the world....well anyone who's willing to follow me anyway.

Dirty

Boys are so dirty. I should have known, everyone told me. But I never could have guessed they would be this dirty. We recently built a sandbox in the backyard, they love to take water from the water barrel and make mud in the sandbox.

Hours of fun

So mud gets everywhere. Which is fine, if it would stay outside but nope, they bring it inside. So I have to sweep piles of sand/mud off my floor everyday. I give up, my house is never going to be clean.

Homemade Pizza

The other day Blaine tried his hand at making pizza from scratch. He made the dough well the boys and I were out with Grandma. Then when we got home, the boys helped putting the sauce, cheese and pepperonis on. I was grateful, because I had been craving pizza for the last few weeks.

The first finished pizza. Half pepperoni, half cheese. Tim loves plain cheese pizza.
The second pizza.
They turned out really delicious.

Busy Saturday

We started the day at 10 am with the beginning of a soccer tournament. The team we were supposed to be playing never showed up , so the kids ended up playing a game against each other. Which was lots of fun for all of them.

After that I had to run to Walmart to pick up my new patio table, pictures tomorrow. Then we went to watch the Roughriders practice.

Here's Noah captivated by the football players.

And Tim

After that we had to get back to the soccer fields for another game. This time the other team showed up...YAY!

When soccer was all done we went home and cooked up some hamburgers, while we put the patio table together. Finally 730, we were all done for the day, and ready to put the kids to bed.

10 weeks

I'm starting to feel a little more human now. A little less tired at the end of the day. And I can eat without feeling ill. Although I never really feel full. Starving all the time. Which is fine with me.

Your baby (now the size of a prune) has small indentations on his legs (soon to be knees and ankles!), and his tiny arms even have elbows that bend (how is that for magical?). Inside that little mouth, tiny buds of baby teeth are forming under the gums. His stomach and kidneys are kicking into gear, producing digestive juices and urine, and if it's a boy, his testes are making testosterone (how manly!).

Children's Festival

Year two of the children's festival with both my boys. Here's a link to the first year's post.

Both Noah and Tim got down and busy building at the Lego tent. We arrived early enough that there was no line up yet. Last year we got a tag with a time stamp, and had to wait two hours before they could play Lego.

After the Lego we headed to the craft tent where they painted wooden caterpillars.

Then we headed to the kindergarden. Where they were allowed to run wild, and play with whatever they wanted.

Here's Noah playing with the giant tic-tac-toe.
Tim found a truck to drive around.
They both loved playing with the preschool size seesaw.

We went to a show later in the day. A glow in the dark version of The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Tim, and Noah really loved the show.
