Tim's First Discovery

He found this little nest in a tree at the dog park. He held it in the stroller during the walk, then held it close during the car ride home, then he showed his collection of cars.
Put it on the table for pictures

He wouldn't even let me take of picture of him.

Big Potty, and Walking

Just a little update on the boys.
Tim is still doing great on the potty, he moved from his little potty to the big potty. And is doing fabulous, he's actually doing better. He had outgrown the little potty, and mostly ended up just peeing on the floor. Accident of course. He is also very personal about his potty time. He doesn't want you in the washroom with him. He always tells me to go away, that he'll be right back.
Noah is on the very verge of walking. He lets go of the table, takes one, or two steps, before he decides that crawling is easier. Soon, I am getting very excited. Noah is down to one bottle a day, and takes sippy cups for all his other liquid during the day. I hope to be bottle free by his Birthday. I'll give you an update with his birthday post.
It's snowing outside, and the Riders are going to the Grey Cup! Starting out to be a great week.

Easy Peasy Shepherds Pie

WFD? We had Shepherds Pie. An easy recipe that I found online, did a little tweaking to make it even easier.
1 lb lean ground beef
4 cups frozen veggies
1 cup turkey(or beef) gravy
4-6 potatoes
2 cups cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef
Add gravy to ground beef
Mix into veggies
Spread in lasagna pan
So it looks like this
Mix mashed potatoes(I add about a 1/4 milk in the mashed potatoes) with 1 cup of cheddar cheese
Spread on top of ground beef mixture

Sprinkle rest of cheese on top

Throw in oven at 375 for 20 minutes.

Tim and Noah gobble this up like candy. And so does Blaine.
Came out to 3 pts per serving.makes 15 servings, but don't trust me on this. I'm not very good at adding up pts.
