Baby Fever

The other day, as I was putting photos away from Vegas, Tim found his baby photo album. He had such a blast pointing out his little baby pictures. I, on the other hand, had a little tingle that it was time to start working on another little one. You know that baby fever, where every little baby foot makes you want your own little baby. They are just so darn adorable.

Then I got to thinking is there ever a point when you know you are done. Is there a feeling, a sign? Or do you just decide, that whether you get the itch or not, this one is your last?

Las Vegas: Day 4

Day of the 'ritas

We had a relatively relaxing day on Tuesday. We took a little stroll towards The Venetian, where we decided to partake in the wax museum. Along the way we picked up a Margarita at Margaritaville(still one of the best frozen 'ritas I've ever had). Then picked up a dollar margarita at Casino Royale.

We took so many pictures. Here's two of them.

That night we went for Mexican food at Diablos(where we drank some more Margaritas), and then headed to Criss Angel's show.

Las Vegas: Day 3

AKA: shopping day

On Monday we headed to an outlet mall. We had to take a 45 minute bus ride to get there, but the deals were well worth it. YAY shopping!! We spent six hours at the mall. I think my feet were dead by the time we got back to the strip.

Here's my mom, and sister's with their bags

We made a short stop at M&M's world before heading back to our hotel

All of our shopping bags piled on the bed

After dropping off our bags we headed to New York New York for some pizza.

After that we headed to Paris, and went up the Eiffel tower. I love this shot, because you can see the light from the Luxor in the background.

From the top

AHHHH!!!

Yep, we went way up to the top of that. So cool.

Waiting to watch the fountains at night, from the ground

Las Vegas: Day 2

We started Sunday by walking along the strip, and checking out all the hotels. Heading towards the buffet at Treasure Island. Which was the most incredible buffet I have ever been too. It was a little on the pricier side, 25$, but it was well worth it. You got unlimited champagne(it was a champagne brunch) or mimosas, that alone was worth the money. Any food you can think of, they even had creme bruler on the dessert table, an omelet bar, Chinese food, southern BBQ(complete with corn bread and biscuits), pizza, pretty much anything you could want. We ate so much, no one was hungry for the rest of the day.

A picture in front of our hotel.

This curtain was hanging along a bar. I thought it was so pretty.

Fountains of Bellagio

Before we did a little shopping

Loved this roof, it's inside the Venetian but it really feels like you are outside.

Sunday was also my little sister's 21st birthday, so we went to Chippendales.

If you are ever with a group of ladies in Vegas, go to Chippendales. It is fabulous.
The sexy ladies dressed up for a night out.
Yet another post without a picture of me.

Las Vegas

We did so much, in a short time. I am going to be doing a post for each day that we were down there. Except the last day, we spent that one at the airport, and on an airplane.

Day 1: Saturday

My mom, little sister Kayla, me and my other little sister Jen before we headed out to the airport. We were leaving snowy Saskatoon for Las Vegas, so we were very excited.

After a bumpy flight we finally landed in Las Vegas. Here's a picture of the strip from our airplane.

We took a shuttle from the airport to our hotel. Only to arrive at our room, and it wasn't even ready. They were still cleaning it. The people before us must have made quite a mess.

After we dropped off all our bags, shook off our post plane fogginess, we took a cab to Fremont St. Here's my mom and sister's standing in front of 4 queens. And they aren't kidding about the brightness of Old Vegas, it was crazy full of lights.

My mom with her first Las Vegas drink. The bartender just kept pouring, I think half the cup was full of hard alcohol. Needless to say she got a "little" tipsy.

After we left Fremont St. we headed back to our hotel, Monte Carlo, and headed to the pub. No pictures from the pub though. My sister has a few, when I can get them off her camera, I will post more about our first day.
