Tim started his first ever season of soccer last week. He is having a blast. He doesn't really get the technical part of soccer yet, but he loves running back and forth on the field. I would say his favorite part is all the friends he gets to meet. He is a social boy who loves talking to anyone and everyone.
Blaine volunteered to be the coach this year, and he told me yesterday that he'll probably volunteer again next year. Hopefully he'll have an assistant coach next year. I'm actually a little shocked that not one other parent was willing to offer to help, but then again it's not like I would coach. I'm just happy to be a soccer mom watching my boy from the sidelines.
Noah watching the soccer match. He can't wait until it's his turn to play soccer
I went back and forth about whether I should announce it. I'm only six weeks, maybe seven, and you know what they say. I trust though that if anything happens you all will be there for me, so I really have no fear of telling you. Why did I take so long to tell you then....
I tested on May second and got a big fat negative. But I was late, so I thought I would leave it for a few days, see if aunt flo showed up. She never did, so I tested again on May 8th. And got my big fat positive. So here comes baby #3. Baby is due on January 8th.
The second line is pretty faint, but if you really look you can see it.
Yesterday we had a combined birthday for both my mom, and Blaine. They both celebrate birthdays in this lovely month of May, so we got together to enjoy cake, pizza, and presents.
We took the boys to the indoor car show this year. Back on Easter weekend...so a few weeks ago. They loved seeing all the classic cars, Tim was jumping off the walls. So excited.
Noah wanted to take a picture with every single car, but there was at least 500, so no go. We got him to select a few that he really loved.
He loved some of the cars/motorcycles so much it was hard to get him to pay attention to the camera.
His favorite part was when he spotted Little Red. He was so happy to see his crush in "real life".
So I gained 1.2lbs this week. I don't feel like I did anything wrong. I ate within my points, I worked out everyday. Oh wait, I did go to Jerry's on Monday with my best buds, one of which just got back from a year long stay in Korea. Here's her blog.
Noah is finally feeling better, he hasn't puked today. Just in time for Tim to start feeling sick. YAY! The joys of motherhood. Fingers crossed that Blaine and I don't get sick as well. Mom's aren't allowed to be sick.
I am making drumsticks for supper tonight, they are cooking in the Crockpot right now. Yummy BBQ drumsticks. I don't know what to make with them, maybe potatoes.
